RemedyHub Pro Back

Terms of Service

Last updated September 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of RemedyHub Pro, operated by Silo Security LLC. They are written to be read: short sections, plain language.

1. The service

RemedyHub Pro is a subscription software service operated by Silo Security LLC (“RemedyHub”, “we”, “us”). It gives independent tutors and tutoring businesses AI-assisted worksheet diagnosis, lesson planning, student record keeping, progress reporting and a parent portal.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Students do not receive accounts. Tutors enter all student data and are responsible for having the appropriate permission from each student's parent or guardian, including permission to share a parent's email address for notifications.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Basic, Pro Tutor and Agency Suite) are billed monthly in advance. Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”) is our merchant of record: your payment is processed by Paddle, and Paddle's checkout terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction. Your card statement will show a Paddle charge.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and no further charges are made.

Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which Paddle calculates and collects at checkout. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Seat limits are enforced per plan. Exceeding your plan's student or tutor seats may require an upgrade before you can add more.

4. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy at /refund. In short: you can cancel at any time, and first-time subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access another workspace's data, no reverse engineering, no reselling access without written permission, and no uploading of content you have no right to use.

AI-generated diagnoses and lesson plans are professional aids, not certified educational or psychological assessments. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or sharing it with families.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the student records, documents and content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service. Our handling of student data is described in the Student Data & Retention Policy at /privacy.

You can export or delete student records at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your workspace as described in the privacy policy.

7. Service availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features over time; if a change materially reduces the value of your paid plan, you may cancel and request a pro-rated refund of the current period.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Silo Security LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms: legal@siloseclabs.com.
