How do I scan student work?
Open the Scanner, choose a student, then take a photo or pick one from your gallery. The diagnosis appears in under a minute.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed from your account settings in a standard web browser at remedyhubpro.com.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and tap Delete account. Your account, students and saved work are permanently removed. You can also email us to request deletion.
Is my students' data safe?
Each workspace is kept separate, data is never sold or used for ads, and you can permanently delete it at any time.
